This policy outlines the rules for cancellations, refunds, and chargebacks when engaging with Bistro Buzz LLC for digital marketing services.

1. Refunds

All payments – whether for retainers, onboarding, or campaign builds – are non-refundable due to the custom, strategy-based nature of our services.

2. Cancellations

  • Monthly retainers: Require a 14-day written notice before the next billing cycle
  • Notice must be emailed to: info@bistrobuzz.biz
  • Cancellations received after billing will apply to the next cycle

3. Chargebacks

Chargebacks without prior resolution attempt are treated as fraudulent. We will dispute false claims with documentation.

4. Prepaid Campaigns

Prepaid plans (e.g. 3-month projects) are non-refundable once campaign development begins. Work delivered before cancellation is billable.

5. Technical Errors

Billing mistakes on our end will be refunded within 7 business days upon confirmation.

6. No-Shows

Missed appointments or strategy sessions without a 24-hour notice may result in denied future bookings.

7. Governing Law

All refund and cancellation terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
